SV23 – Conical, coated sample vessel for reverse CMC and foaming samples

The conical sample vessel SV23 is used for various purposes with the Tensíío Force Tensiometer and the BP100 Bubble Pressure Tensiometer. The PTFE coating ensures that the measurement results are not falsified by the adsorption of surfactants on the vessel wall. The aluminum base material is a good heat conductor, making the vessel ideal for temperature-controlled measurements.

• Use with Tensíío: SV23 enables measurements of the critical micelle concentration (CMC) together with a Micro Dispenser for automatic dosing. The solution with the highest concentration is introduced and automatically diluted during the CMC determination (reverse CMC). Thanks to the conical shape, the initial volume can be multiplied, thus achieving a wide range of concentrations.
• Use with BP100: Highly foaming solutions can be measured easily with SV23. Thanks to the low initial volume and the widening of the vessel towards the top, overflowing due to foam bubble formation during measurement is virtually impossible.
